Attend Del Rey Neighborhood Council Planning & Land Use Committee’s Meeting, Thursday, July 19th at 7pm at Del Rey Square Senior Living Apartment Complex, 11976 Culver Blvd. Support Ballona Institute and Villa Napoli Homeowners Group efforts to save the Tule Wetlands (a wildlife corridor) along the 90 Freeway on-ramp from becoming an asphalt parking lot. Marina Toyota plans on throwing away groundwater and rainwater, into the sanitary sewer, stopping its to flow into Ballona Wetlands.
2. Review Grassroots Coalition / SaveBallona’s 9 KEY REASONS why Ballona Wetlands Ecological Reserve (BWER) Draft Environmental Impact Report/Statement (DEIR/S) is fundamentally flawed. It MUST acknowledge and provide an alternative that:
