CCSC Director Dr. Stephanie Pincetl and Dr. Terri Hogue (Colorado School of Mines) analyzed the factors that drive single-family residential water use across the City of Los Angeles and whether conservation measures are working. Southern California has come a long way in reducing water consumption, but there is still untapped potential. This policy brief makes several recommendations that can be applied beyond LADWP territory.
