Pure Water Southern California Seeks Your Input with a New Community Questionnaire

Please Take a Minute to Tell Us About Your Community

With the launch of a new online community questionnaire, Pure Water Southern California is seeking input from residents where program facilities and pipelines would be constructed. Responses to the questionnaire will help Metropolitan Water District and the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts identify community priorities, values and needs across the geographic footprint of the proposed project, which includes our own LA County communities.
To make the questionnaire as inclusive as possible, it is available in six different languages: English, Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Khmer and Tagalog. Please complete the questionnaire in your preferred language and encourage your friends, family members and neighbors to do the same!
Developed through a collaborative partnership between Metropolitan Water District and the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts, Pure Water Southern California would increase the reliability of regional water supplies by recycling and purifying water that currently flows to the ocean. The program would produce up to 150 million gallons of water daily, making it one of
the world’s largest purified water projects. To learn how to become more involved, visit mwdh2o.com/purewater or sign up for email updates for the latest news.
